
Daniel Pérez is a lawyer who graduated from Rafael Urdaneta University, where he earned his degree with honors (cum laude). He also holds a postgraduate degree in Commercial Law from the same institution. Additionally, he earned a Diploma in Maritime Law from Rafael Belloso Chacín University, graduating with distinction.
Since 2018, he has been a member of Rivera Fernández & Associates, where he currently serves as an Associate Attorney, practicing in the areas of Civil, Commercial, and Labor Law. Throughout his career, he has actively participated in the structuring and advising of commercial companies, as well as representing individuals and legal entities both nationally and internationally.
His experience includes handling both non-contentious and contentious proceedings, with frequent appearances before the courts of the Republic, including the filing and adjudication of extraordinary appeals before the various Chambers of the Supreme Court of Justice.
Alongside his professional practice, Daniel teaches Commercial and Financial Law at Rafael Urdaneta University, contributing to the education of new generations.
Previously, he worked at the Second Superior Court for Civil, Commercial, and Traffic Matters of Zulia State, where he gained extensive experience in case management, drafting final and interlocutory judgments, and processing preventive and enforcement measures, among other duties inherent to the judicial function.
During his academic training, he served as a teaching and research assistant in the Civil Procedural Law II course. He also has advanced proficiency in English.
