Daniel Eduardo Pérez Labarca

Daniel is a Lawyer who graduated from the Rafael Urdaneta University with the academic distinction cum laude. He also holds a Diploma in Maritime Law from the Rafael Belloso Chacín University. Daniel began his work at Rivera Fernández & Asociados in 2018 as a legal assistant and has worked in the areas of Civil and Commercial Law.

As part of his work, he has implemented processes for the constitution, modification and liquidation of companies and drafted and formalized various civil contracts. Daniel also provides legal assistance in court cases, monitoring files and conducting various actions before civil and commercial courts, as well as municipal courts.

His previous experience includes the position of assistant to the second superior court in civil, commercial and transit matters of the State of Zulia, where he worked in the substantiation of files, in the drafting of final and interlocutory sentences in matters of civil and commercial law, as well as in decrees of preventive and executive measures, among other activities of the judiciary.

During his law studies, he was a teaching and research coach for the subject of Civil Procedure II. In addition to this, he was recognized 9 times as a member of the Student Honour Roll for outstanding academic performance. Daniel also has an advanced command of English.
