Andrea Carolina Suárez Hernández

Andrea is a lawyer who graduated from the University of Zulia. She also has a Bachelor of Political and Administrative Sciences from the Rafael Urdaneta University. She studied Labour Law and Corporate Law and completed a training as a Coaching Manager and in Finance. She also obtained a Master’s degree in Business Management from the Rafael Belloso Chacín University. Her academic training allows her to advise her clients with a comprehensive view of the legal, political, social and economic context in which they operate, as well as intervene in a timely and judicious manner in business matters from a comprehensive perspective, both with a legal and managerial approach.

 

Andrea joined Rivera Fernández & Asociados in January 2017. Through her work, she advises clients on different corporate issues. Similarly, as a result of her career as a business executive in an important Spanish financial institution, she has developed skills for managing accounting and financial concepts and for carrying out an economic analysis of different legal aspects in business activities, through the determination and evaluation of risk indicators.

 

Andrea is also a professor at the School of Political Science of the Rafael Urdaneta University, in the subjects of Political Theory and Comparative Politics, for which she has a certification in teacher training. . She is also a member of the Association of Young Lawyers and Law Students.
