Rafael has been the Administrative Director of Rivera Fernández & Asociados since its foundation in 1998. Rafael is in charge of supervising the efficiency of the daily operation of the office, monitoring administrative tasks and collaborating with the legal team to ensure the correct handling of all the operations. Being in charge of these functions, he is a key element for the structure and operation of the firm.
As part of his functions, he works directing the execution of field operations carried out by the legal team, such as judicial or extrajudicial inspections and real estate appraisals. In addition to this, he supervises the maintenance and repair of office equipment, in addition to being in charge of the supply replacement process. He also identifies the deficiencies in the headquarters of the legal office and the proper functioning of the facilities. During his years of work, Rafael has cultivated professional relationships with distributors and service providers, which allows him to meet the needs of the office efficiently.
Rafael also performs a consultative task with the members of the legal team, making recommendations and necessary adjustments to work methods and systems, listening to the opinions of employees and clients in order to make changes and generally analysing the activities carried out in the office.
